The Department of Arts and Culture hosts Social Cohesion Intergenerational Dialogue

Department of Arts and Culture in partnership with Novalis Ubuntu Institute will host a Social Cohesion Intergenerational Dialogue in contribution towards Nelson Mandela & Mama Albertina Sisulu Centenary Year, which will take place on the 25th-26th October 2018. The Social Cohesion Dialogue will foster unity and cohesion through the unique way to share stories and dialogue to birth a new day.

The event will take place under the theme; Regenerating Cohesion: Live The Legacy” an Intergenerational event for Youth, Young Patriots and Elders, sharing wisdom, common ground and new ways of Being that is generative, regenerative and honoring of the past, present and future. The conference will provide space to bridge the gaps that will ensure that we do not lose Youth nor lose Elder Wisdom, but transform indigenous systems to support this new time in South Africa.
