Deputy Minister Mabudafhasi takes Back to School campaign to Sigonde and Gumbu Primary Schools in Limpopo

Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture Ms Rejoice Mabudafhasi, MP, will join the Steven Zondo Ministries and Foundation during the Back to School campaign on Friday, 24 February 2017, at Sigonde and Gumbu Primary Schools in Limpopo.

The campaign will entail donations such as school uniform, school shoes, bag packs to the 574 learners in both schools. The schools will also receive desktop computers.

The Deputy Minister will officiate the hoisting of the national flag at Sigonde Primary School prior to the handing over of donations as part of the ongoing National Identity campaign of the Department of Arts and Culture which seeks to install flags in all schools, popularize the national symbols, preamble of the Constitution and to promote the correct etiquette of singing both the National and African Union anthems.
