As a reminder, everywhere you see 400 characters in red, make sure you create one phrase that is no longer than two sentences. It's a total of 400 characters, not words. Here's an illustration:

Company history- Established in 2020 and operates in rural Northwest Province.

Project objective- Promotes African Culture through music and dance.

Project details- will be implemented during heritage month to raise awareness of African Identity.

Once again, please remember to use a laptop/ desktop and Chrome and not explorer or Firefox and a cellphone when accessing the system. In addition, ensure that documents are saved as PDF, 1page certified ID copy, 1page SARS document, 1 page Company/Organisation registration document and Proposal with Budget breakdown as 1 document. Clear your browsing history including cache.

If you're having trouble with the system, please watch the 3-part videos of the most commonly asked questions, which are accessible on the Department's social media channels, website, and may be given upon request. If you have any more questions, please call the Departmental MGE toll free line at 080 072 4278; please be patient as call volumes are likely to be high; alternatively, email
