Minister of Arts and Culture to engage Nelson Mandela University’s Language Bursary Recipients and undertake a courtesy visit to the Sarah Bartmann Centre of Remembrance

Minister of Arts and Culture, Mr Nathi Mthethwa will on Friday, 26 April 2019 meet, engage and address recipients of the Nelson Mandela University Language Bursary, certificates will be awarded to former PhD students who wrote thesis in indigenous languages.

A courtesy visit will follow at the Sarah Bartmann Centre of Remembrance construction site in Hankey at Eastern Cape. The determination of the visit is to tour and witness progress done of the construction thus far. The Minister while there will also meet the community of Hankey and afford feedback concerning the construction and progress thus far.
