The Ministry of Arts and Culture invites the media to the Budget Vote speech pre-briefing that will take place on Thursday, 17 July 2014 at 11:00 at Imbizo Media Centre in Parliament, Cape Town. The Budget Vote speech will be tabled in Parliament at 14h00 on the same day.
