The Ministry of Arts and Culture invites the media to the Budget Vote speech pre-briefing that will take place on Thursday, 17 July 2014 at 11:00 at Imbizo Media Centre in Parliament, Cape Town.     The Minister will share with the media his plans for the next five years in relation to the role of arts, culture and heritage in the economic and social transformation of the country.

The briefing will provide details on how the Mzansi Golden Economy strategy and the newly created Outcome 14, namely Social Cohesion will be implemented in the next five years.  The Budget Vote speech will be tabled in Parliament at 14h00 on the same day.
