11h30: Brizo Music and Dance (4 piece band: keyboard, bass guitar and drum and 4 singers). They will perform two songs.
11h40: Introduction of Minister and inviting him to the podium – Dr Zweli Mkhize MEC Finance and Economic Development (Acting Premier KZN)
11h50: Address – Minister Dr ZP Jordan
12h00: The facilitator invites members of the public to ask questions to the panel. Questions will be taken in groups of five.

13h30: Vote of Thanks – Ms. Weziwe Thusi MEC Arts, Culture and Tourism
13h-50: Wrap up – Minister of Arts and Culture.

Programme Director announces: It may not be possible to cover all the questions during the time allocated, DAC will distribute a form where arts practitioners will be able to record pressing issues. This is to give an opportunity to the practitioners who may not have a chance to speak to the Minister.
