The Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture, Nathi Mthethwa, on the 9th of March 2021 appointed the Ministerial Advisory Team (MAT) with the objective and mandate of advising the Minister on how to deal with the plight and challenges faced by creatives during COVID-19 Pandemic period.
