The Department of Arts and Culture will hold a memorial service to celebrate the life and outstanding work of the late Prof Mbulelo Mzamane. Reacting to Mzamane’s passing, the Minister of Arts and Culture said that “…the arts and academic communities have been robbed of a creative genius whose wisdom has touched many lives. His incisive views, impeccable wisdom and abundant sense of humour will be sorely missed”, concluded Mashatile.

Speakers at the memorial include Profs. Pitika Ntuli, Njabulo S. Ndebele, Muxe Nkondo, Mr Nkosinathi Biko, Mzamane’s former students as well as family members.
